Your package will be sent to you via the U.S. Postal Service. Your shipping charges, which reflect recent postal service rate increases, are based on the total amount of your order:

  
These rates apply to orders being mailed to a single address within the continental United States. Florida In A Box will ship to all states within the U.S., Puerto Rico, Guam and the Virgin Islands. We will also ship to FPOs and APOs. For residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and those using FPOs and APOs, there will be an additional mailing charge of $10.99.

Sales tax will automatically be charged on the merchandise and shipping charges for residents who reside in the state of Florida only.

Our Return Policy

Here at Florida In A Box, our customer service policy is as clear as a Miami sky: no sale is complete until you are 100% satisfied. Period. If something’s not to your liking (other than the price of gasoline or the volume on your neighbor’s CD boom box), give us a call or e-mail us with details. We’ll bend over backwards -- and even stand on one leg if necessary -- to make it right.

We will provide an exchange or refund within 60 days of the date of purchase. When returning an item or items, please enclose a note explaining why you are not satisfied and whether you are seeking an even exchange, replacement item or a full refund. Include a daytime phone number in case we need to contact you while processing your request. Pack the item securely and ship it by insured parcel post or UPS ground along with the original invoice to:
