If something’s not to your liking (other than the price of gasoline or the volume on your neighbor’s CD boom box), give us a call or e-mail us with details. We’ll bend over backwards -- and even stand on one leg if necessary -- to make it right. We will provide an exchange or refund within 60 days of the date of purchase. When returning an item or items, please enclose a note explaining why you are not satisfied and whether you are seeking an even exchange, replacement item or a full refund. Include a daytime phone number in case we need to contact you while processing your request.
